The Miami Valley Hunt and Polo Club is sure to be memorable. Our charming colonial clubhouse is surrounded by 22 acres of lawn and woods giving you a private and beautiful location for your event. Our beautiful clubhouse, flooded with natural light, consists of three spacious rooms: The Pub, The Red Room and our Main Room. The clubhouse also has two large restrooms which both include an intimate sitting area. Outside our patio area overlooks our sprawling lawn, spring-fed swimming pool and the surrounding woods.

This non-smoking facility has ample parking and a kitchen for catering ease. All beverages must be purchased from the Club and served by our staff in compliance with our liquor license. Our liquor permit and club policy prohibits carry-in beverages of any sort.
The Main Room can comfortably seat 100 guest for indoor occasions. Combined with the spacious outdoor patio and your event can accommodate up to 225 guests. Our lawn is perfect for tent events which can be customized to seat more than 500 guests.
