Whatever the occasion, an event at The Miami Valley Hunt and
Polo Club is sure to be memorable. Our charming and spacious
colonial clubhouse is surrounded by 17 acres of lawn and woods
giving you a private and beautiful location for your event. The
clubhouse consists of 3 well appointed rooms: The Pub, which has
a color television, sofas and a attractive bar; The Red Room
exudes sophistication and offers areas for guests to relax and
visit on comfortable furnishings; and the Main Room---flooded with natural light,
and highlighted by a large flagstone
fireplace and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the
patio, the sprawling lawn, the spring-fed swimming pool and the surrounding woods.
The clubhouse also has two large restrooms which both include an
intimate sitting area.
Our
social calendar offers a limited number of dates for weddings,
rehearsal dinners, company parties and most other social events
for both indoors and outdoors. All parties are subject to
approval by the Club management. We supply and set-up tables
and chairs to accommodate 120 guests. If more are needed, they
can be rented through your vendor of choice. This non-smoking
facility has ample parking and a kitchen for catering ease.
All beverages must be purchased from the Club and served by our
staff in compliance with our liquor license. Our liquor permit
and club policy prohibits carry-in beverages of any sort.
Club Rental Fees
Facility rental includes all tables and chairs needed for up to
120 guests. More people can be
accommodated on the patio with the additional rental of tents,
tables and chairs.
